Wintergreen Residential Care Home

Wish I could leave 0 stars, because this place doesn’t follow standard safety precautions. They leave used needles for days left out, left a hair tie on a residents hand for over 10 hours cutting off circulation, mixing hygiene supplies and cleaning supplies (a resident even used lysol as hairspray), spoiled milk left out for days in a residents room, commodes left i cleaned for days on end, medications found on the floor, soiled bedding left in residents showers for days. And that’s only from one CNA that was employed there. Absolutely disgusting and vial and no human being should be living here or depending there lives on this place. You should be disgusted and ashamed.

My experience with the staff has been nothing but great. Friendly, caring and professional people. My relative has been at the North facility for about 4 months and is very happy. It's very clean and well taken care of. Plenty of land to walk around. The owner is really nice and accommodating.
