WISHING WELL ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY AT FAIRMONT

Terrible facility. Staff is incompetent and neglectful. You request for your family to be attended to and they act like it’s an inconvenience. Comfort care does not mean neglecting an individual’s basic needs. They don’t monitor their residents nor care about their quality of life.

Horrible please dont let your family member go there rude staff dirty place

Individually the staff is great. corporate policies on the other hand

Wouldn’t want my family staying here , unattended for a long period of time. Rude and lazy staff who ignore patients. You can tell they don’t want to be there. (Half functional facility) stay on top of your family members if no other choice.
