Wisteria Gardens

My family had a very long term association with Wisteria related to long term care. I very highly recommend their services. Outstanding and helpful administration, bedside staff, nursing director and team. They did everything possible to aid us. Good stuff.

Had a family member at this facility for several weeks where I was up there daily, the staff is very kind and on top of the OT/PT there. They have lots of activities for patients to do in between there therapy.

Avoid this place if you can. The nurses have terrible bedside manners and the staff is generally rude to patients and their guests. We are currently working to make other arrangements for our family member in this facility. Absolutely awful care. Please do better.

After reading the reviews I noticed numerous red flags. Notice how those low reviews from a month ago to six years back are getting responses from this facility in the last few days. Whether you looking for nursing care or rehabilitation for a loved family member in the twilight of their lives you want them to be as comfortable as possible. As soon as we arrived I noticed several deficiencies and mouthy employees which confirmed my suspicions. If you want your loved one to be taken cared for properly and comfortable do not take them to this facility. The reviews are spot on! Don't pay any attention to the Administrators responses. Their only interested in draining your insurance dry and not the care and comfort of your loved one!!!!!

Do not send your loved one with dementia here!!!! Please believe the negative reviews!!!This was supposed to be one of the best rehab facilities in the area. I would absolutely hate to see the worst! Not one employee in therapy or anywhere else ever used a gait belt. I guess pulling the back of their pants into a wedgy will suffice! This place is disgusting and has old carpet with stains! It’s so gross they don’t even vacuum it, a broom sweep will do! The shower appeared to have black mold and leaked into hallway! Majority of the staff is extremely lazy and rude as ever! This place was an absolute waste of time! The food was decent, but you had to beg for a snack! I wouldn’t send my dog here or refer anyone! It’s all about Medicare billing and trying to make a dollar! I wish I could give it negative 0 stars! This place doesn’t deserve not one! Mississippi healthcare has to do better! I could write a novel about those wasted 20 days! This place is absolutely horrible! Please believe the negative reviews. Seniors deserve the best care not less than mediocre. My head is aching trying to write this review! Please don’t send your loved ones with dementia as well. We have had a major set back by going here! I could have provided better therapy by watching YouTube! Like seriously! Note to staff, if you hate your job just quit!
