WOOD LIVING CENTER OF WICHITA FALLS

If I could I would give this place a ZERO .they dont helpthe clients . Instead of helping the clients they bribe them with food saying if you do a chore we will give you another snack. They are extremely rude and hateful. They will call adult Protective services when they dont get their way. They will not help anyone keep their loved ones by them they rather ship them off out of city. They will argue with anyone who tries to protect their loved ones. I got a recording what was said because they will lie and tell false things about the family . My advice is to stay away from this place. They try everything to take your loved ones away from you . It is on video of them standing around talking to each other instead of paying attention to their clients.

A little known place in Wichita falls. One can get respite here during crises. Staff has always been wonderfully patient and kind during my visits. I don't think I've ever paid a cent for their wonderful service. And as all the best places do. They have a cat.
