Great place to live. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a positive and home-like atmosphere. It’s clear that this community is more than just a place to live, it’s a place where people are treated with dignity and heart. Highly recommend this assisted living to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

One of the girls who works there was beyond rude. I walked right up to the front desk because I was delivering a grocery order. I asked her how to get to the second level. Her response, “you go to the elevator & press 2…” I asked her where the elevator was because I had never been there before and she said “well why don’t you look behind you”. I have no idea why she was so rude, but it was awful and so uncalled for.

I was very excited to be going to Woodridge and was led to believe it was just what I was looking for💁🏼 I must say, there were good and bad but overall I was very unfulfilled especially when I actually only needed basic help and follow through regarding getting physical therapy and referrals to dr that could help with pain and surgery needed on my hip I was there a little over a month and felt more anxiety and depression than I had in years bc Nothing was completed with regards to what was expected or promised! Ii found them to be very unorganized and although I liked the dr I met2 time there. She was extremely inconsistent with showing up and the follow through on everything was very dismal Most residents there just seem content with ? Whatever?🤷🏼‍♀️And exist bc no other options or help The facility could be sooo much better but the overall consistency was the only thing you could count on The menu is pathetic but not kitchen staffs fault bc it’s obviously the cheapest, most generic grade of food that is purchased!! Fattening empty carbs and rare fruit or vegetables worth eating The ownership 🤷🏼‍♀️ Food…-1 Cleanliness,…8 Activities ,… 1Doctors,…2 Psychologist,… 11😊 CNAs,… 5 Maintenance,…5 Coffee,…0 Rooms,…2. Too small Computers/group tv,…1 Accessibility,… 7” 1 very small elevator& front door not openin proper Transportation, 0what transportation none & can’t get anyplace Outsidegrounds,… 8 nice wild life and greenery Wi-Fi,…3 they have it but always issues Showers,… way too cramped if have any disability ANY WAY 💁🏼Just saying I’ve been in other facilities and lived in2 This one ranks next to worst🤔

I've lived at Wood Ridge for 2 years and have found the staff to be genuinely very willing to be of help for any needs we may have. Always willing to listen. In my opinion the food is extremely good! Come tour and see for yourself!

Wood Ridge took me in when I had nowhere else to go. The staff always helps me with things, like finance and insurance things I can't handle on my own. There is always a quick turnaround when I put in a maintenance request in the book which is nice. I like to sit out on the back deck, it is so pretty. I'm sad when good staff members leave sometimes because I miss them. I like that they are pet friendly because I can have my cat with me.
