Woodbridge Health Campus

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star only selected it cause I can't leave a review without one. This place failed my dad, they let him decide instead of giving him options that were more beneficial for him. NOW his mobility is almost nothing because they just let him sit there or lay there. Don't bring your loved one's here. Weekend nurse's don't do their job they just let them lay in bed and get bed sores. They don't even do range of mobility!!! Had to call several times before someone answered because he called us because he slipped out of bed. Don't even know how long he was there!!! Horrible place!!!!!

My dad is a resident in the memory care unit (Legacy) and is so happy! The staff is so good to him.....they love to tease him! That's a good thing because he loves to tease them right back. He considers everyone in Legacy his friends......the staff and his fellow residents. He considers Woodbridge his home.

I have had family members, church family, and friends all use Woodbridge Health Campus in Logansport. I have always been impressed with the cleanliness, the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, supportive staff, and the amazing food they serve their residents. A wonderful community partner, Woodbridge is a top-notch facility and a real asset to Cass County. We are lucky to have them in our community.

I want to tell you that I love Woodbridge health campus. . The people there are absolutely wonderful they take so much time in doing your therapy and they genuinely care about their patients. They make me feel like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Becky Patterson

Woodbridge Health Campus in Logansport is such a wonderful place! The staff is great and the facility is beautiful and they make everyone feel right at home. I have had many people that I know that reside there and they love it! I highly recommend this facility!
