BEVID PLACE

Unprofessional, needs good cleaning, food terrible. Very unorganized.

I live close to this place. I wouldn't give even 1☆. Within a month we have seen one resident walk down the road. My husband goes over to BEVID to find someone and finds no one to notify. While on the way over there he called another neighbor where the resident was approaching and they stayed with that resident until we could get someone to get him. Then today he sees a resident in a wheelchair go backwards up the driveway and cross HWY29. I called and talked to the administrator to let them know. NO ONE went to get the resident. I later see that resident come back across HWY 29. They go into the front of where administrators office is. Had a drink and smokes. I know this is assisted living and they can leave (after being signed out) but these incidents could have been deadly. My husbands uncle stayed there during several owner changes and this one is not any better than any of the rest. The uncle wanted to be there as it was close to family, I wished he was elsewhere. I have seen to many things go on that really isn't right. There's no one who is actually watching the workers either as they are part of the problem here.

Im not sure what the problem is at this facility but it is unacceptable ! The memory care patients are NOT taken care of ! The unit stinks so badly that its unbearable . Feces and urine on the floors , residents walking around in filthy clothing , unkempt hair and suffering from neglect. We have spoke to several "aides" who have told us that "nobody wants to do anything around here" and it shows ! This place really needs to be investigated and / or shut down. Admin NEVER wants to answer calls and have no desire to listen to what is happening here. They know all about it .but, refuse to fix the issues. Absolutely unacceptable ! Wish I could give -0 stars. In the photos you will see feces and urine on the floor and smeared on walker and yes feces in the drawer ,the matress speaks for its self . BTW the majority of the 5 star reviews on this page are employees . UPDATE : Just found out that this facility is now infected with not only lice but bed bugs as well. Its ridiculous that the residents have to pay for the meds to treat the funk that could have been avoided by staff and admn. The conditions have been brought to their attention numerous times , this is what happens when you neglect to do your jobs .

Upon visiting Bevid Place, I immediately felt welcomed by the staff and ladies in the front offices. They were very helpful with all my questions. I was very impressed with all they had to offer at the community and the prices were very economical. If your searching for a community to place your loved one, Bevid Place is it.

Bevid Place is wonderful! The staff is very helpful and community is well kept and beautiful! The residents love all of the activities especially karaoke days! If you’re looking for a place to put your loved one look no further!
