Worth the money.Kyle the manager really cares about her guests.They just remodeled..their are so many things they post by the mail for guest to go .

We lived here for 5 years. The staff and residents are amazing. If you are looking for a community where you can be very involved or just keep to yourself, this is it. The facility is in great shape and there plenty of activities. It is conveniently located to shopping and within walking distance of nice parks. Kyle, the manager does an amazing job. She loves her residents and is very involved with them. Highly recommended.

My mother stayed here for only a few months before she had to move to a board and care facility. Do not sign a long-time lease if you think you might have to move elsewhere anytime soon, as breaking the lease is very expensive. That said though, this place is fantastic. You have your own apartment, but there is a huge lobby area where you can watch tv or just sit with friends, and a large dining area, where food is served about 3 days a week. There is a beautiful pool area, and walking paths. Kyle, the main person-in-charge is also amazing, always cheerful and available to help in any way. She goes above and beyond her actual required duties, I believe. The rent here is very reasonable, especially for what is offered. Great place!

The amenities and staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. It’s like an extended family that you get to pick. The services offered are varied and fully enjoyable too. And the residents are the nicest, most awesome people.

I lived at Woodland Village for about six years. A really nice place for over 55ers. Although a little far from most shopping and entertainment, it's nice and quiet. I don't know if Kyle still mans the fort but she is amazing. From Marianne Davey
