Clark County Health is great when working with them on referrals and are very quick and efficient! They have been a pleasure to partner with for Country Terrace in Stanley!

Update: After I reported the facility to DQA they now communicate with families and stopped eavesdropping. The staff are very loving and caring to their residents. They treat them like family. The residents are always kept busy with tons of activities, events, and outings. The food smells good anytime I've visited as well. The facility is meticulously clean. They care so much, its to a fault. They act like the families are out to get them! I told my father I wanted him to have a second home. The eavesdropping staff called his guardian and told them I wanted to move him out the facility. This is NOT true! I am buying a cabin with my husband in the area so we can have VISITS. Now the guardian won't let me gain guardianship because of the employees actions. This isn't the first time this has happened. The social workers avoid phone calls and never call family back. My father has been here for almost 10 years and the family has yet to meet the social worker. Family is not included in ANYTHING. I have to beg for information from the abusive guardian which we rarely get either.

The rehab and nursing staff went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable and felt safe. I feel the facility was always clean and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab or nursing home care.

the direct care staff: Nurses, CNA's,gooks, cleaning staff, are excellant, The Main issue is with administration staff. financial /billing staff as well as administrator of the health care center are tone deaf and unresponsive, to phone and personal visits. The head of billing department and so the CCRHC Administrator bear resonibility for week long delays in my daughters physical therapy. Additionally the equipment in the PT dept was quaint or not available. I must return to trhe the care providers and ancillary staff who where wonderful! The facility itself was also well suited not assit ith cares, and extremely well maintained. Thsnk you to those staff members. often forgot by their work place but not by our family.

I have never had an experience with the uh. Rehabilitation center, until today I went to pick up my father. I went up to the nurse's station and stated that I would like to I signed my father out. The nurse came up to me and stated, we have told your family numerous times to call before coming. So rudely and the way she was talking to me was as a child, I did not appreciate that. So I stated to her that I did not want to talk to her. No more 2 for her to stop talking to me to find Somebody Else. She stated that there was no one else that could be able to handle the situation as I get ready to leave as you. You built the pack for him to leave for the day for his medication, then she decided that she wanted to call the supervisor as she stated that there was no one else that could be able to handle the situation, do you descalate them this situation? I have never experienced. They're such a rude Nest, the eyes rolling. I will not recommend anyone staying there. This was on floor to east
