Hard to get a response from the new owners once you file a complaint. Grace and Lee do not return phone calls. Generally the phone goes unanswered. If someone does pick up, depending on the nurse, they can be rude and not helpful. Our mom moved in when Tammy ran the place and we were very pleased. She was recently discharged because her Level 2 care (out of 5 Levels) was too complex for them???? Never quite explained what that meant.
