My experience with woodland place has been absolutely the best. The environment is very clean, good staffs with quality services provided. I would definitely recommend 👌 💯

Woodland place senior living is the best ever, I’ll recommend it it over and over again.. Five star is not enough, they deserve a 6 star plus

Since new management under Tina Metcalf, Woodland is an improvement over the last memory care unit my wife's mother was in. Clean common areas, hall and room, and decent food, good staff. We're relatively pleased.

Where to start? Dad's been here since 2015 and the place has constantly gone downhill. Most recently, he was assaulted by a Med Tech on day shift which left him with a cut on his hand. The Med Tech lied on dad telling the nurse in charge and the management failed to investigate until questions were repeatedly raised by the caring staff at Agape Hospice. After 3-4 days and the facility's story changing at least three times, and Dad's story of the events never changing, the facility stepped in and fired the med tech. However, the executive director NEVER ONCE reached out to me to discuss the events until I reached out to her and DHEC a few times last week. When she did reach out, there was a lot of talk which was largely dismissive and she couldn't have appeared to care less about the situation beyond what someone made her feel was her obligation. Not happy here, night shift is suspect at best.
