They take excellent care of their clients and guest. Its always clean I haven't ever smelled any bodily fluids at this facility. The staff is polite and concerned. I hope someone takes care of me like they take care of my grandmother 👵🏾

Communication is lacking and not consistent. They are understaffed. Staff was rude and not helpful Management is just as rude as some of the staff. If you ask questions or want updates on your love one they make they become defensive and combative. They make you feel like the criminal! I’ve had a horrible experience dealing with this facility down to the very last minute. My grandmother died and nobody even called to tell us. After my grandmothers death emailed the director to get the remaining pictures she told me they had thrown them away. I still have the emails of what she said to me. People need to know the truth about this place and not read the fake positive reviews.
