What I love most about the Woodlands is the feeling that I’m walking into my grandma’s front door. Everyone is so friendly and helpful every time I’m in their community!! And they’re putting so much effort into renovations to make everyone feel even more at home. I would highly recommend the Woodlands for your loved ones!

Wonderful staff who truly care about the residents. The community is making great renovations—I especially love the new kitchen backsplash—and the spacious first-floor apartments (no elevators) with beautiful cathedral ceilings are larger than most. It’s very easy to get around, and other residents are friendly and welcoming. The patios are perfect—especially for dog owners. Activities are excellent thanks to a talented activities director, and maintenance is attentive to resident needs. The sales team makes the paperwork process simple and stress-free. My friend loves it there!!! Pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this community.

From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make the transition smooth and welcoming for our family member. What stood out the most was the personal attention and genuine care shown by the team—especially the director, who worked after hours to help us furnish the unit and make it feel like home. It’s clear she truly knows her residents and takes the time to build real relationships with them and their families. The cost was surprisingly reasonable compared to other facilities we looked at, and we never felt like we were sacrificing quality. The facility is clean, well-managed, and has a warm, homey atmosphere. We also appreciated the constant communication throughout the process. Whether it was updates, check-ins, or answering our many questions, they were always available and responsive. I highly recommend Woodlands Assisted Living to any family looking for a place where your loved one will be safe, cared for, and truly valued.

This place gets 4 stars only because the facility is a bit dated but going through complete renovation. My mom’s unit is a studio with new carpets and floors. When I arrived to move her in it looked great, still little tasks to accomplish but the staff was super responsive and helpful. The entire process of getting accepted and doing the paperwork was very easy, straightforward and well organized. Staff was clear and accurate on costs and timing and in my case moved mountains to get her in quickly. Value is extraordinary and fantastic as similar places charge almost double for the same amenities. Food smells and looks great absolutely restaurant quality. Activities and excursions are abundant. Finally staff is super friendly, caring, helpful and was great to work with. Well done.
