Zero stars. Rose at the front desk is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. I was here to as a few simple and basic questions and information about the facility and was met with rudeness, no information and no sense of customer service. One can only imagine how the poor residents must be treated. Do not bring your loved ones here and Rose must be removed from staff.

Staff is very rude here. I asked a girl a couple of questions regarding my aunt and she was acting very cold shouldered treating me like I was taking up too much if her time. My aunt has been a resident here for a while now and she says the place has only gotten worse with high turn overs of staff and even a few residents have left due to harsh treatment. I would recommend looking at other options before placing someone here.

I have lived at Woodway for almost three years and I am very pleased with the facility. We have a NEW director who is making positive changes. Our Activities Director has organized a fantastic Activities program and we have friendly residents who work to make things better. I see many post from 2-4 years ago. Things have changed. We have a strong Resident Council and our community is well run, family oriented, and fun. I live here. Come visit.

Do not trust Woodway to take care of your family! My mother lived here up until recently. We had several issues from staff not checking on her for meals to medication being left in her room, which I had even found someone else's medication in her room at one point. The new ED has hired 2 nurses (friends) now who have absolutely no idea on how to do their jobs. The new nurse even hired her daughter as a med tech who has no experience even care giving much less any experience or training giving medication. It's absolutely scary what this place gets away with!

They have a new administrator name Jim. He is amazing as well as a lot of the other staff I enjoyed the short time. I was there just recently. The residence were also amazing! Although in every workplace there is always room for improvement. I know with the team that they have right now and the new administrator I believe what improvements need to be fixed will. I For sure will miss staff great bunch of people to work with.
