WYNDEMERE CEDAR HOUSE

We toured four places today. NONE with an appointment and everyone was very welcoming. BUT NOT THIS PLACE! A lady in the office(not sure her name) dark hair second door on left, was very rude. A CNA let us in and we approached the office. She gave us a mean look when we told her we wanted a tour. She then came out of her office being very rude saying that we should have had an appointment. I then said to my family loudly let’s leave we are not bringing our loved one her. So as we were leaving she proceeded to yell “next time make an appointment!”. Then got angry when we tried to leave and the alarm went off telling us we needed a code. Obviously we don’t have a code lady! Very unprofessional she should not be the face of this facility!

Wyndemere is such a warm and welcoming place! The staff truly care, and it shows, especially Amanda in the Activities Department. She goes above and beyond to bring joy to the residents with fun, creative, and engaging activities and events. It's clear she loves what she does, and it makes such a difference in the lives of everyone there!

My bonus-mother has been at this memory care facility for over three years, and we couldn't be more grateful for the care she receives. She is always clean, well cared for, and genuinely seems happy there. The staff is kind, compassionate, and consistently attentive to her needs. They also go out of their way to be welcoming and supportive of my father when he visits, which means a lot to our family. We feel confident and at peace knowing she is in such good hands.

Wyndemere Memory Care is truly a blessing! The staff is so kind, compassionate, and attentive. The activities department goes above and beyond to keep the residents engaged, happy, and mentally stimulated. I want to give a special shoutout to Amanda Housner for her dedication and love she brings every day. You can truly feel the care and passion in everything they do. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their loved ones. 💜

Amazing place & even more amazing staff. Theirs one in particular though that is amazing with people and their care there. She takes time to get to know them and connect with them. She’s awesome and treats them like they’re her family, I believe her name is Amanda from the activity department. Keep up the good job lady ! Glad to know these elders are in good hands and safe when your on :)
