WYNGATE SENIOR LIVING COMM OF PARKERSBURG

I am deeply disappointed with the care my grandmother received at The Wyngate Senior Living Community. I feel the staff lacked compassion and competency. Her needs were often ignored. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

This assisted living does not adequately take care of memory care residents although they are charged for the higher levels of care. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Treated my mother-in-law terrible. Management was more concerned with leveling her up than providing her with the care she deserves. She was not keep clean, room was filthy, and most of the staff was inept on how to handle residents. The food provided by the CHEFF was uneditable!!!!

My 93 year old sister-in-law stayed at the Wyngate for 2 weeks after breaking her leg. The staff was kind, considerate and efficient, The food was about average for an assisted living facility and the accomidations were more than adequate. We recommend Wyngate for short term stays. Becca in the Administration office was very helpful with the admitting process.

The safest and most fun place for seniors to live out there days! Don't stress about finding an in home care service that fits your families needs, this place is entire community built around you and your family and helps you both adjust into the later stages of life. Beautiful views and beautiful souls, that's what's at Wyngate.
