My family and I can't say enough good things about French Manor and its caring team of professionals! This was the perfect new home for my mother when she needed to transition to assisted living. Kelly and her team made Mom feel right at home and provided the loving, attentive care she needed. We are ever grateful to French Manor for making Mom's final months comfortable and enjoyable.

With our full endorsement, we believe that French Manor Terra is a wonderful option for an Assisted Living arrangement. The management (Brandon Ackerman) has assembled a first-class team and is a true advocate for the residents. The staff members are all very professional, attentive, and compassionate caregivers. They are very responsive to individual resident needs. The facility is modern, very clean, and well maintained. The resident rooms can accommodate a range of needs and provide amenities that offer options for specific furniture arrangements. A common area also provides a space for residents and their visitors to spend time together in a casual comfortable setting. They offer wide variety of activities and events that are available on a regular basis for residents to enjoy. Family members are often encouraged to participate as well. We looked at many Assisted Living options in the area and we consider French Manor Terra to be the best. A++.

My dad is treated well. The entire staff makes sure he is taken care of. When he first arrived he was greeted by the the aide and asked questions about his likes and dislikes. We were able to decorate his room using his furniture from home to give him a comfy and homey feeling. We can rest easily knowing he is getting the care and assistance needed. The only issue is he sometimes states the food isn’t very good and broccoli is served often, which he doesn’t care for. He passed away and they staff was so kind and comforting to our family. We were able to be there day and night.

French Manor South has been a great assisted living facility for my father. The staff are very helpful and make sure that he is well taken care of and assist him in managing the symptoms of Parkinson's. They also manage his meds and make sure he is well fed. I have nothing but good things to say about French Manor, the attendants, and Kelly (the owner).

I moved my mom into French Manor South after a decline in her mobility. She also needed to follow a rigid low sodium diet. I cannot say enough good things about French Manor South on Elmwood St. The staff all treat mom with dignity, compassion, and respect. It truly was a seamless transition from independent living to assisted living, thanks to all of the employees there. And the cooks, aside from making wonderful food, also go above and beyond to accommodate moms special diet needs. Everyone has made mom feel welcome and safe. I am very happy with our choice for mom. Communicating with the staff is also very easy, five stars all the way!!
