All the staff - Home Care, Palliative Care and Hospice - were kind, caring and thoughtful. They provided my husband with professional and compassionate care. The staff helped me be the best care provider I could be. They answered all my questions and concerns promptly and with loving kindness. They made us feel like family.

We would like to recognize our mom's amazing care team - Rochelle, Jo Ellen and Jordan provided exceptional care and compassion not only to our mom but the whole family! We also want to call out the phenomenal weekend nurse Cris who was a calming presence when it felt like everything was falling apart. Dr Perry was also amazing with her support to us. All the staff (case managers, nurses, chaplain, social worker etc) were wonderful throughout the Hospice process with my husband. They are knowledgeable, professional and most importantly sensitive and caring. My son and I appreciated everything they did for our family.

The staff are very caring. They call before coming. They are respectful of both of us. Directing questions appropriately and confirming with each of us. Great eye contact and social skills. Answered all medication questions and put us at ease that the medicines would do no harm and that my husband was the person in charge. Very grateful in understanding these very basic but critical aspects of his care. The night staff were very responsive and had the same caring and respectful attitude. A great beginning to Hospice Care.

Horizon Hospice Care took wonderful care of my husband during the last four months of his life. Many, many thanks to Brandi, Ashley, Joe and Jaycee for their warm and loving weekly care. I have to admit that I was hostile to the idea of hospice care in the beginning, but this great team soon changed my mind!
