I move to this community in August of last year. I have to say this place is wonderful. The people that run Atria are so nice , everybody is so nice. I never thought I would love a place like this, but I do. They keep Atria clean, the grounds are beautiful and clean. I have a lady named Teresa who comes in every week to clean my apartment. The Chief aways prepares great meals, they have all kind of different activities, they have outings. They have all kind of things to do. I just love Atria. And I will say it again everyone here is so nice and beautiful. I encourage anyone wanting to live in a Seniors Care Center to pick Atria you will never be sorry that you did. N Camille Jones

This is an excellent place for Independent Living. We toured it and knew right away it was the best place for my mother. All the residents look happy, my mother raves about the food and loves having a porch she can sit on. The staff is lovely and made it easy for us to move in.

Maintaining a private home was getting to be a challenge so I decided to check into senior living facilities. I got a list of 8 different facilities, checked each one out on line and developed a prioritized list. Atria Chandler Villas came in as #1 so I signed up to take a tour. I had a list of conditions that had to be met and about half way through the tour, I realized all of my conditions were being met and all of my questions were awnsered to my satisfaction. At that point, I made up my mind and chose Atria to be my new home. Do I have any regrets? Not a single one. This place has lived up to and exceeded every expectation. The facility is well maintained, the apartments are very comfortable and the staff is exceptional in their care for the residents and I being one of those residents, I love my new home! No regrets!

I have visited approximately 8 assisted living facilities and Atria in Chandler have the most friendly people one can meet. The residents and the employees are helpful and very loving. On 11/11/25 one of the residents became ill and the employees were there helping the Paramedics with the tasks. It was very interesting to watch. Just before that I said to one of the residents you know all the people that live here become your family. Your biological family isn't with you, so one must be friendly because they are your family. I had not thought of that until yesterday. It was heart warming to watch how much they care.
