Great experience with Zionsville Meadows. I had family here and their experience was fantastic. Everything from admission to discharge was exceptional.

My husband has been at Zionsville Meadows for 5 months. He is getting great care. The facility is clean and the staff are very receptive to his needs. We are grateful for the kindness they have shown us.

My dad is an 8-year resident at Zionsville Meadows. For the first seven years, he lived in an "independent living" cottage. His back patio overlooked the woods and he enjoyed feeding the birds, and other animals that would show up on his doorstep. The cottage came with a washer and dryer, stove and refrigerator. Mail was delivered to his front door. Sidewalks and streets were always plowed in the winter. The cottage was perfect for him. At age 93, he recently made a seamless transition to one of Zionsville Meadows "assisted living" apartments in the main building. I say "seamless" because the staff at Zionsville Meadows were wonderful in helping him adjust to the new surroundings. He gets three hot meals served in the dining room by staff who wait on him. And, his pet cat was also allowed to make the move with him. The medical team is there on site when he needs them. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Great building and great staff. Management works well and great team work is something that’s always important. I would recommend this building. Social shoutout to their SSD Marianne. So so nice and is great with families and communication. Very thoughtful and helpful.
