ABERDEEN HEIGHTS ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY

We had a wonderful experience visiting with Aberdeen Heights Sales and Marketing Director, Cheryl Feinstein. She demonstrated exemplary communication skills and quickly established a warm rapport with us. She displayed genuine listening skills and provided in-depth answers to our many questions. She spent several hours with us and we are confident that this is a very caring community.

Edit: the bathrooms are not safety equipped. Yes they have pendants to wear but it also states you have pull cords which is not true. There are no grab bars to get off toilet. My aunt fell because of this. Her room was a mess. Toothpicks scattered on floor. Magazines and mail piled up scattered. Tissue and medicine cups scattered. Sevwrql days of dishes piled up...Housekeeping? None. This place is dangerous and dirty. Overpriced. They should never run out of food and why would they let someone sleep all day and night? Thats not healthy....they just want them to be quiet and die.

Aberdeen is such a wonderful place to have my mom. Everyone is like family here and they really do care about everyone. The director Cheryl has made some great changes and the place continues to get better! The nurses Ann and Christy are so caring and helpful. We can reach them anytime and they always make time to return our calls. We are so blessed to have them. Many of the aides have been with Aberdeen for several years and we just love them! We are so grateful to find such a caring place for our mom. Thank you!

I visited Aberdeen Heights and was pleasantly surprised! The community was lovely. It smelled clean and fresh and everyone I met was so nice. The new Executive Director toured with me and showed me around her building. I was very impressed. She was knowledgeable in all things senior living and seemed to have a great relationship with her team. It was a really nice visit and I would recommend others to visit and check it out as well.

I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff of Aberdeen. My mother has lived here for 9 years, she had been out for a month with a broken hip and it was good to get her home to Aberdeen. Brenda is an aide and an angel, she is wonderful with Mom, making sure she is ready every morning. Christie on the nursing staff did everything and more to get Mom home. I recommend Aberdeen to anyone who needs excellent care for their family member.
