Chapters Living of Alpharetta

Yesterday was our first visit to Chapters since they have changed management. As a hospice partner, we’ve seen positive changes since the transition to Chapters. Communication is strong, the staff is compassionate, and there’s a clear focus on quality, resident-centered care. We value our partnership and are encouraged by the direction Chapters is heading. There was such a positive feeling in the community from the moment we walked in. Congratulations chapters Living of Alpharetta and we look forward to a continued mutually beneficial partnership!

Moving one’s loved one from their home to a community can be difficult. Some move willingly and others are a little bit more of a challenge. The key is finding the right place. Having just toured Chapters of Alpharetta is like finding a gem. We were greeted with friendly staff in an environment much like one’s home. It was comfortable, clean and filled with happy clients. They were in the midst of doing activities and the folks were so engaged and joyful. The Team’s professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. Being in the business of helping place loved ones in a community can be daunting but when you find a welcoming place you know it will be a blessing for your clients. Beautiful community with friendly staff. Ruby is the new administrator and she is amazing! Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this community for your loved ones.

My wife has been in the Memory Care Unit of this facility for over two years and I must say that I am optimistic about the recent acquisition by Chapters Living to improve upon the care of the residents and the day to day operations and the development of the staff. My initial impression is that the leadership team from Chapters seems fully committed to enhancing the engagement of the caregivers and the quality of care of all residents in the facility.

Addington Place of Alpharetta is the best home I could've found for my loved one! The new director of memory care has sparked more life into the day to day activities. There are holiday celebrations with unique experiences for the residents. They go on outings. My loved one is happy and thriving thanks to the care of the staff. They are simply amazing. A great weight was lifted knowing that she is being taken care of by such a great team!
