This place is fantastic. I can’t recommend it enough. If you are looking for your loved one look no further . The food is delicious. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They do fun and exciting activities everyday. There is even have a bus to take the residents on fun outings. Top top notch!

I was in this facility for almost 3 months. The staff was wonderful. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I have been out of the facility for a little over 2 years now. I still miss a lot of the staff. I want to thank all of them for a kind and caring experience. They helped me get through it all.

It is difficult for a family when a parent transitions from independent living to an assisted living environment, and it can be challenging to find a place where one's parent can be well cared for. My brother and I greatly appreciate the care our mother is receiving at Rosebrook. Every time we have visited (announced or unannounced) , the facility has been neat and clean, and the residents in the common spaces have been dressed and groomed well. Likewise, Mum has always been dressed and groomed well, and her private room with an ensuite bathroom has always been clean and orderly. We have met a number of the employees who care for Mum and they genuinely are friendly and kind people. Whenever we call Rosebrook to check in with Mum, whoever answers the telephone is more than willing to accommodate our request. Additionally, Rosebrook facilitates all appointments Mum might have with the visiting physician, visiting nurses, social workers, friends, and deliveries. Thank you Rosebrook for the good care you are giving Mum!

Toured here. It was decorated in a cluttered, chaotic country crafts theme. The apartment we were shown for my parents reeked of urine and had dubious stains on the carpet.

Very incompetent. My mother was sick for about 2 weeks. I had to suggest an ambulance myself. She was in the hospital for 2 weeks. That was about January and February. She never recovered. She passed away on April 25 of 2019 in my home.
