Advantage Assisted Living

Our family is deeply grateful to the entire team at Advantage Assisted Living for the compassion and care they showed our mom, Adee G, during the final months of her life. Jayme was exceptional in keeping my brothers and me informed every step of the way. She created a group text where she regularly shared updates and thoughtful pictures so we could see how our mom was doing, which meant so much to us when we couldn’t always be there. Jayme was also incredibly honest and direct when communicating about our mom’s decline, and we truly appreciated her transparency and kindness during such a difficult time. Jozlin went above and beyond by even coming in on her days off just to check on our mom. That level of dedication and genuine care speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. Rosemary and the rest of the staff were always compassionate, attentive, and respectful. When the time came and our family was grieving, they were there to comfort and support us, which we will never forget. Knowing our mom was surrounded by such caring and devoted people brought us great comfort. We are truly thankful for the love, dignity, and kindness everyone at Advantage Assisted Living showed our mom and our family. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, trustworthy long-term care for their loved one.

We toured this facility with Jayme the director and were SO impressed. She took ample time to get to know us and understand our needs. Advantage may not be new or fancy, but the staff and care is what they are about. Great retention with staff and ratio to residents. Unfortunately my mother passed away before we could move her in.

I will always be appreciative to Jayme and everyone on staff at Advantage Assisted Living, for the wonderful end-of-life care provided to my mother in her final days. We were faced with the need to quickly place her in a facility once she was under hospice care, and AAL was recommended by our hospice provider. It was a great suggestion and I am thankful they had room available. They showed a great deal of love not only to my mother, but to the rest of our family as we experienced this difficult and painful part of life. I am thankful we found them.

My father was here for about 3 months. The staff that looked over him was great. We had a nurse named Christina and she always displayed warmth and care for him. Anytime we had any concerns they were properly addressed. The facility manager was amazing and we felt very safe with him in their care.

My mom has been here for the last two years for her dementia. The management and staff have exceeded our expectations to their high level of care. My father was admitted 4 days ago under hospice and passed last night. The compassion by staff was incredible and consoled my family during his last few days, and being close to my mom during his last days was heart felt. We owe so much to Jayme, the nurses, and the staff!
