I can not express my gratitude enough to the wonderful staff at All American Assisted Living at Kingston for making my Dad safe, happy, & respected during his time there! I chose to move my Dad from NJ to be closer to me and I was nervous about the transition, yet with the caring, compassionate staff, it was easier than I anticipated. The most touching part was in my Dad’s final days and after he passed, the love & sympathy that was spontaneously expressed by everyone. I will always be grateful to the support they showed the night my Dad passed. They immediately contacted me, as requested and did not bat an eye when Faith Giangarra and I came in to sit with him until hospice arrived. They carefully prepared his body for the funeral home. The staff spent time talking with me & plenty of hugs! The next day, as we started cleaning his living space, again, lots of hugs! They really care and they work hard to make every resident & their families part of their loving community. I did not realize how critical it was for my Dad, but also me! I love everyone @ All American and can never thank you enough! 💜😢🙏

Our mom came here after having spent a couple of months in an Assisted Living facility in MA. We were disappointed with that experience, and the monthly rate was considerably more. So far, our experience with AA has been great, the staff is very responsive . Our mother is much more involved in daily activities here, and she loves the food. Initially she thought having a “suitemate” would be a disadvantage, but it turned out the opposite is true!

My mother was at All American in Kingston and I can't say enough about the care. When we were searching we never had the feeling of home like we did when we entered in for the first time. Meeting with the sales gal (lori) made us feel like this was the place for her and we hadn't seen the living area yet. We did decide that this was the place and were very happy. The care, compassion, activities and alk the staff who were like family just make this hard decision feel like it was the right thing to do.

Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. Especially Laurie who was simply wonderful - made us feel right at home from our first introduction. So personable we felt like family

Recently had to place my stepdad into the AAAL memory care unit. Two members, Laurie and Alesha came to my parents home to assess their prospective resident. It was the weekend of Memorial Day and we were given time to move furniture, decorate and make the room as familiar and comfortable as possible. My Mom is also dealing with a significant health issue and the staff has gone above and beyond with their compassion, kindness, respect, humor, and have done everything we could possibly have hoped for and more to make this difficult and emotional transition easier. We are filled with gratitude for the two ladies mentioned above as well as Maura, Mary Ellen, Ryan, Herbie, Victoria, Evelyn, Frank, Bill, Bella, Brooke, Nancy, Kristin, and many others that have worked tirelessly to make my stepdad feel comfortable while bringing my mom the peace she desperately needs right now. For as hard as this decision was for her, she now knows, without a doubt, that it was the right choice to move him to All American! Thank you!!!!
