AMERICAN HOUSE BURLINGTON CREEK

I don't know that I can accurately convey my appreciation for all the staff of American House. My dad was brought to their memory care as he was rapidly starting to decline. The staff from administration, front desk (Lara especially), Norah, Rod, Katie, Hilary, Michaela, Ashley, nurses, dietary were amazing. Not only were they so sweet in caring for my dad, they cared for my mom and I during a very difficult time. Sadly my dad passed within a few days of his arrival and my only regret was that we didn't get him there much sooner. Thank you Burlington Creek for your compassion and kindness. You have no idea how much it helped my mother and I. Forever grateful!!

The entire staff here is wonderful! They treat my mom like there own. It is a great family atmosphere. I am so grateful for their care of my mom, they always have her best interest at heart.

I truly enjoy the staff and physical therapy working with my mother. She can be a hand full. My mother had an unfortunate fall the 2nd night she was in care and the staff was amazing, quick response and call 911 to make sure she was ok. They also contacted me to let me know the details, I was currently out of town. I was very pleased and grateful.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The residents are such a pleasure to be around. Rod, the Administrator, is such a great guy! He genuinely cares for his staff and residents and it shows! All around what a phenomenal facility! If you haven’t, you should go in for a tour, Norah is wonderful!

My mother-in-law was at American House of Burlington Creek from May until her passing in September of this year and I cannot say enough good things about it. The staff is wonderful. She got excellent care and the communication was terrific. Whenever we were there, and we were there a lot. I would not hesitate to put any family member at American House.
