The people at this place have no respect for privacy whatsoever not for their residents it staff or former staff it is not a good place for your family or to work

If I could give a zero based on customer service I would. I called for information and the woman who answered said call back at a later time and hung up. I called back and asked if she was an employee or answering service. She said she was an employee. I began to say you hung up on me, I do not know who I’m suppose to talk to when I call back, and asked for clarification. She proceeded to say our med tech, but she’s too busy. I hung up and won’t look back. They should be ashamed of themselves to have such an impolite person at the front of their business. After reading the reviews I feel for the ppl who love there. Big fat zero

My loved one stayed in this filthy establishment for a short period of time and it was an experience we hope no one ever has to go through. They do not coordinate doctor's appointments unless there is an emergency situation. When my loved one did go to to the ER, usually due to poor nutrition and lack of assistance with personal hygiene ADL's, we were never notified. Despite reiterating with them several times that we required a phone call, regardless of the severity, we never did get calls. The building itself is in disrepair and filthy. At most I would see 2-3 employees, always in the cafeteria, for a 3-level building. I witnessed consumers on another floor fist fighting and no one was even aware. There were set meal times and if my loved one didn't come down during the specific time, they did not get to eat. This place took all but $30 of my loved ones income, forcing them to cancel their life insurance policy, and 100% of their tax refund, and even signed them up for SSI and took that in full as well. It is a shame that places like this exist.
