ARBOR HOUSE ASSISTED LIVING CENTER

Recently moved my Dad to Arbor House Reminisce. The staff was great with helping move furniture and personal items in. He was presented with a welcome basket. An individualized wreath with his name was on his apartment door when he arrived.

My aunt was at Arbor House for about 4 months, then was transferred to the memory care at Reminisce. Great experience at both places! I highly recommend both facilities. Everyone is so nice, and you can tell they love their jobs.

At first it seemed like every other living center I had been to, but I must say it was exceptionally clean. I don’t normally leave reviews on places, at all. I have had a loved one in this facility and I truly will say there’s no place I’d rather her be. The staff here was friendly, and yes they are busy sometimes as anyone would be if they were taking as intensive of care of their patients.

I’m not quite sure how this place has such low ratings. My Gma has been in this community since March (3mos.) and I have found it to be perfect for her. She has thrived and it gave me hope she was going to make it thru breaking her hip. She raves about the food, having friends around to talk, plenty of activities to participate and the staff has been nothing but kind. This place is a god-send. The peace of mind it brings that your loved ones are in a warm, caring, and safe place is priceless. The facility is clean and decorated well with plenty of beautiful outdoor space as well. I visit on a regular, several times a week and have no experienced any unpleasantries as of yet. I hope that when I’m her age one day I’ll be blessed with such an environment to spend the twilight of my years in peace.

All I can say is possibly sour grapes on a couple of the other reviews. I am there at least 1-2 times each day and have seen nothing as eluded to in the other reviews. Staff/administration has been pleasant, caring, and very helpful. The facility is very clean and doesn’t feel like an Assisted Living Facility.
