Community is clean. Residents are engaged. Denecia, Betty, Shalita and Tasha were so kind. Jay was so personable during the tour. Definitely a great choice!

This community has unfortunately declined significantly since the change in ownership. The property grounds are poorly maintained, and the overall landscaping and exterior appearance no longer reflect the quality it once had. More importantly, there is a noticeable lack of care and attention to residents in the memory care unit. That area is consistently dimly lit and feels neglected. At the time of this review, there is no Resident Care Director overseeing the memory care unit—only a med-tech, who is kind and doing their best, but clearly not meant to shoulder that level of responsibility alone. I have serious concerns about the quality of care my loved one is receiving. In my experience, raising a complaint to the executive director has not resulted in meaningful improvements—instead, it seems to lead to increased care costs without a corresponding increase in service. That’s both frustrating and disheartening. All I want is for my loved one to receive the care that is promised and paid for. For the current pricing, the level of care and attention—especially for the most vulnerable residents—is unacceptable. I hesitated to write this review, hoping things would get better, but there has been no noticeable improvement. I’m actively looking to relocate my loved one to a more supportive and well-managed facility. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to positive changes for the sake of the residents who rely so heavily on this community.

I have been looking for a small community for my mother! I spoke with Stacey over the phone to make appointment same day to see the facility! When I walked in I felt the warmth and love soon as walked in it made me emotional! I knew this was the place for my mother ! The resident looked so comfortable and at home ! It was such an easy transition for my mother to her new home and she loves it! The staff has been supper and patient with mom and family ! 10 ⭐️

Arbor Terrace staff was amazing. They were helpful interactive and were wonderful with the residents . The Facility was clean and . If I had a love one I would definitely want them there and if I needed in assisted-living I would want to live there. Thank you Arbor Terrace for your hospitality and making our event a delightful one. We hope we’re invited back one day. I would highly recommend Arbor Trace At cascade.!!

By far this is the best facility my loved one has been a part of. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom and very personal. She is always addressed pleasantly by her name and each day she is encourage to participate in activities. The staff takes time to get to know their residence and address them personally so that they will feel at home and also like it's a friend taking care of them. They never generalize anyone's needs it's always specific details that they've observed about the tenant and they relate that to them making them feel very relaxed and at ease.
