Arbor Terrace has been an absolute blessing for my 93-year-old family friend who recently moved in. From day one, the entire staff has been welcoming, kind, and genuinely attentive. The transition into assisted living can be stressful, but Arbor Terrace made it feel smooth, supportive, and reassuring. Dori was the very first person her daughters met with, and she set the tone immediately. She was patient, informative, and truly comforting throughout the process. Everyone we’ve encountered, including caregivers, nursing staff, the front desk, dining, management, housekeeping, and maintenance, has been wonderful and so helpful. They are patient, responsive, and treat residents with true dignity and respect. The community is consistently clean, warm, and welcoming, and the food has been excellent. Most importantly, she is truly happy there, and it means the world to see her settled and comfortable. The biggest thing for me is the peace of mind. It has been such a relief knowing she is safe and cared for so well, especially for her daughters, who have been carrying the weight of this decision. Seeing them feel reassured and supported has meant everything. Thank you, Arbor Terrace, for the compassion you show every day. We are incredibly grateful. Highly recommend.

We met with Dori to see if Arbor Terrace Crabapple might be a good fit for our family member, who is in the early stages of dementia. While we’ve ultimately decided to go a different direction, I can’t say enough good things about Dori - her professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and compassion are evident from the moment you meet her. She is truly an expert in the field of dementia and possesses the ability to empathize and explain in a way that us non-experts can understand. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for memory care that you put this facility on your short list to tour.

My wife and I run a placement business to help Seniors(Atlanta Senior Placement) so we are in and out of just about every senior community in the metro Atlanta area. Arbor Terrace, and in particular the Crabapple location, are one of the best assisted living and memory care communities in the Atlanta area. Dori and Trish(the sales manager and executive director) run a great building. The care, food and activities are all first class! Their long tenured staff is always attentive and friendly. The only “negative” is that they are almost always full, so we cannot refer our clients to them whenever we want!!!
