My family recently moved my mom into the memory care wing at Arbor Terrace Exton. This is never an easy decision for any family, but it was the best choice to ensure my mom’s safety, while providing her with the care she deserves. My mom has adjusted well so far and seems to enjoy the activities, social interaction, and the dining options. The staff has been wonderful with her and very supportive and helpful to me and my family. We feel that Arbor Terrace is a great fit for her. Our family is very grateful to the staff for being so welcoming to her and for helping to make this transition a positive one.

Our mom recently moved into the memory care and I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and the staff. The facility is always clean and smells fresh. One employee said “Yes, it’s a business but we truly care about the residents.” I truly believe that. The staff is very patient with my mom and all the residents. My mom wasn’t having a good morning one day. The nurse explained that it was typical morning behavior for her and once she has her meds she would be good in a hour or so. And she was! I appreciate the knowledge, understanding, patience and compassion the entire staff has for the residents at Arbor Terrace Exton. This includes EVERYONE that I’ve worked with to get my mom a place there (thanks Heather!); the receptionists who are always smiling and pleasant especially Britney; those caring for her on a daily basis; the activities team and everyone behind the scene doing check-ins and willing to have a quick convo in the middle of the hallway (thanks Sue!). My family and I couldn’t be happier knowing she’s in a good place and being treated with the utmost respect. THANK YOU ALL!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Arbor Terrace Exton. From the moment you walk in the doors, you can feel the genuine compassion and care the staff provides. The building is always clean and well maintained. The staff at Arbor really take the time to get to know their residents and learn their personalities, routines and preferences. The activities team is exceptional! There is always something going on at Arbor Terrace. The residents are engaged and not sitting in their apartments. If you're looking for a special place where your loved one will be cared for with dignity, patience and heart, I wholeheartedly recommend this community.

We just moved my uncle into Arbor Terrace’s Memory Care, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his first day. The staff was so warm and welcoming, and it really helped put our family at ease. He was all smiles, enjoyed dinner (and dessert!), and even spent time outside playing games. It’s clear he’s already settling in, and we’re so grateful for the caring, supportive team at Arbor Terrace.
