Arbor Terrace Naperville

To describe Arbor Terrace as exceptional is an understatement. When my family started the journey in search of a safe, wonderful, loving community for our mother to reside once her Alzheimers progressed to where we were no longer able to care for her safety in her home we spent countless hours and days researching, touring and interviewing many memory care communities in the area. We discovered Arbor Terrace and quickly recognized that Arbor Terrace is in a class all of its own. From the beginning speaking with Kim C, she was so kind and compassionate. I knew she could really feel how difficult it was for our family to make the painful decision to move our mother from her home. Christine D came to meet my mother and evaluated her needs alongside me and recognized quickly how the Evergreen community would allow my mother to thrive. As a nurse myself it was so relieving to make a personal connection with Christine during the transition process. She gave me and my family so much support and guidance. Once we moved into Evergreen and met with Cary M who is head of Evergreen we instantly knew we were made the right decision. The Evergreen staff go above and beyond to ensure our mother is happy, safe and healthy. They immediately address and respond to any concern with genuine compassion. The activities and experiences for the residence at Arbor Terrace are mind blowing! Jose, Maria and Tristann have such a beautiful gift and they share it everyday with such sincerity and genuine joy. It has been 6 months since we moved into Evergreen at Arbor Terrace, her nurses and aides have truly become family. The receptionists always greet us with a warm welcome and with extraordinary patience. The nurses and aides treat our mother as she is one of their own family members. They embrace and recognize the soul and spirit of our mother that still shines, even though much more subtle than years before, she is still there and they see it and share it with us everyday. The facility is always clean and freshly decorated with the changing season. The maintenance staff is quick to handle any repair or assist with adding personal touches to my mothers living space. My mother is thriving in all the ways we hoped and prayed for. She is always happy and is able to engage in a variety of daily activities organized by Maria (who is an angel). Evergreen has given her purpose and a quality of life that she deserves. I can't finish without addressing the food!! Chef's Kiss, superb! Arbor Terrace is far beyond the ordinary I can assure, it's definitely worth every penny! Look no further!

Arbor terrace has been very helpful after a difficult transition to the bridges neighborhood after the sudden passing of my uncle. My aunt has been a more difficult transition with moving, and medical issues. The staff was nothing but supportive of her needs and my needs during this time. My aunt had been there 3 months and is settling in more. She notes she has friends, can’t remember their names but enjoys socializing. Arbor terrace also hosts events for all community members. Most recently a Mardi Gras band and celebration. The staff is very good at getting the community to participate in these events. The band was really great and very interactive with the residents. Jose does a great job with social interactive events for the residents. The nurses especially Veronica has been helpful at coordinating surgeries, medications and follow up appointments. Colette at the front desk is warm and interacts with all the members and visitors as they come and go. The ancillary staff of workers who care and support my aunt has been helpful they are always helpful in addressing any needs we have had. Can’t wait for spring getting outside more and hopefully the ducks i have heard about nesting in the courtyard return. We are very happy here. Thanks.

The staff at Arbor Terrace is exceptional - warm, kind, genuinely caring people. My mom has been a resident here for many years and I've always felt she is safe and well-looked after. I love that so many services are available in-house (doctor, nursing, podiatrist, salon, physical therapy, medication management to name a few.) She has used all of these services and they are all first rate. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained, but by far their biggest asset is their devoted and caring staff. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful place for my mom!

As a musician who travels throughout the Midwest performing at senior living communities, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many facilities—and Arbor Terrace in Naperville, IL is truly one of my favorites. The level of care and professionalism they provide stands out, and much of that credit goes to Jose Gallegos, the Senior Enrichment Director. Jose’s communication is exceptional—warm, clear, and genuinely thoughtful. He takes the time to listen and understand, and that care is clearly reflected in the way he leads and supports his staff. Throughout every interaction, it’s evident that Jose is deeply committed not only to creating meaningful experiences for the residents, but also to ensuring that visiting performers and guests feel welcomed and valued. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail make every visit smooth and enjoyable. It’s people like Jose and his outstanding team who truly elevate the standard of hospitality. He is a wonderful human who exemplifies excellence in service to other humans, and his contributions greatly enhance the reputation of Arbor Terrace Naperville. I always look forward to performing there.

Finding the right community for your loved ones can be a harrowing experience…unless you’re lucky enough to find a place like Arbor Terrace. I sincerely want to commend every member of their team (both my parents are in the Bridges community). We are so grateful to them for their exceptional and kind care. And the community is beautifully maintained—so clean and inviting. And the dining services team is top-notch as well. Thank you Arbor Terrace for being such a great partner in my parents’ care and wellbeing. We appreciate all of you!!
