Arbor Terrace of Burnt Hickory

My mother has been living a Arbor Terrace for 4 1/2 years. We have been very pleased with her care. The care team is very caring and sweet with my mom. Roshelle at the front desk is such a delight. We love seeing her every time we come to visit. The whole team at Arbor Terrace is professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Arbor Terrace to my friends and family.

My mom moved into Arbor Terrace Burnt Hickory in June, making the transition from independent living to assisted living. We have been extremely pleased with how supportive the staff has been these past months. I especially appreciate Roshelle's welcoming smile as I walk through the door! Kudos to Taja for planning great outings, the Wellness team for their care and concern, and the Dining Room staff that accommodates mom's dietary needs.

Arbor Terrace is a very nice family friendly place. My mom has lived there for over a year. The staff are very friendly & know family members by name. Roshelle greets you with a big smile & knows your name. I couldn't remember everybody's name. She has a very sweet personality. My mom is in the memory care unit & the staff there are very helpful & makes her feel right at home.

Arbor Terrace at Burnt Hickory is a friendly, fun, caring community. My mother moved in from out of state 6 months ago and feels right at home. She has made new friends and enjoys the daily activities.The common areas are beautiful and well maintained and the staff know all the residents by name and are warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace at BH if you are considering an assisted living facility for your loved one
