The "director" isn't helpful, some aids have bad attitudes, you can't understand their "English." Lots of families feel the same. You can't speak up or they kick you out. All lip service, shiny exterior hides serious internal issues. We moved out because too many things they wouldn't fix.

We re so pleased with the staff that interact with my mom everyday . Deborah- the ED- is a great advocate for residents and the activities team of Danielle, Karen and Lynn make every day fun! Margaret is an amazing caregiver … so many others who are caring and compassionate too!

Maeisha is Amazing! Maeisha is such a pleasure! She is an awesome addition to the community! She’s always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything you need. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her positive attitude and kindness make a big difference every day. So thankful for her!

Regal Pointe East Cobb is five stars hands down!!! After the unexpected loss of my mom and my dad needing full time care, we found Regal. The whole staff has made us feel like family and have given me peace of mind that I can take the best care of my dad with the wonderful help they provide. They have made what felt like an impossible transition a smooth one. Dad and our family are so happy with the facility, food and amazing care provided. I am still learning names but to name a few Tim (director), Debbie (nursing director), the care staff Margaret, Nikki, Mo, Mickie, and all of the others, the front desk ladies, billing office and program staff are all great too! Charles the maintenance guy has helped us, sometimes without even being asked, and always with a big smile on his face. I really could go on and on. So, thank you so much to everyone at Regal!!! If you or a loved one is looking for an assisted living facility, I highly recommend you choose Regal. You will love the beautiful facility and wonderful team approach with top notch care they provide.

I have been conducting a search for the right assisted living community in Cobb and Cherokee counties for a year, for my 94 year old mother - I wanted something that had some energy that you could feel when there. I recently toured Regal Pointe East Cobb. Amy Seeger, Community Relations Director greeted me with such enthusiasm and welcome! She even prepared gifts in advance of my appointment, including a wonderful cookbook from residents and their families. Amy had already received some background about my mom, but she made time to ask questions about her - her preferences and situation. She was thorough in answering any questions I had, and shared her vision and standards for maintaining a quality of life for the residents at Regal Pointe. She talked about how Regal Pointe is managed not just as a business, but as a place keeping seniors and residents active, and taking care to be mindful of their needs and comfort. Amy explained about the types of services and support that are provided by full-time professionals in healthcare and therapy at Regal Pointe. When she was walking me around to show amenities that are available to residents, she introduced me to staff, explained hours for dining, and all the variety of activities (arts and crafts, cards, movies in the theatre, even a weekly Happy Hours in an on-site Pub!), that are available to encourage socializing among residents. She even shared plans for upcoming renovations both inside and out. There was literally no pressure from Amy, but I was so impressed, I signed up immediately after our tour! My mom moves in a few weeks - and I'm certain she will feel at home, finally. I recommend taking a tour with Amy at Regal Pointe East Cobb!
