ARBOR TERRACE WILLISTOWN

This is a comment on Aly Dinenberg. I have seen how dedicated Aly is to the residents she works with. She truly cares about making sure everyone feels included, happy, and engaged. Aly takes the time to learn what each resident enjoys and creates activities that match their interests. Her creativity and compassion really stand out, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure the residents are participating and enjoying their days. The residents are very lucky to have someone like Aly who puts so much heart into what she does.

From the moment I walked in, Arbor Terrace felt different. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Samantha gave us the tour and was incredibly kind and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns about my mom with genuine warmth and compassion. She helped me get all the paperwork together and within a week and a half my mom moved in. Mom jumped in with both feet and started doing activities from day one! Each time she enters her gorgeous room she says " Home sweet home". Every member of the staff here is wonderful and truly care about the residents. They've each taken an interest in getting to know my mom. She feels safe and comfortable here at Arbor Terrace Williston. I feel relieved to know she's receiving excellent care. Thank you all for taking such great care of my mom!

We moved my dad to Arbor Willistown about a month and a half ago and are very happy with the care he’s receiving. He’s over 90 and had never been in an assisted living facility before; but after a recent fall, he requires more support and care. He’s always had reservations about moving to a facility and we were concerned with how he would adjust. It’s gone better than expected. The aides have been fantastic. They’re patient, supportive and have greatly helped him feel comfortable. More broadly, the facility is clean, friendly and has a calm but active feel. As we evaluated other facilities, we were drawn to Arbor because of this welcoming feeling we saw on the visits; and I’m happy to say that this continues to be our experience.

Everything from start to finish of our tour of this beautiful facility was nothing short of amazing. Jessica toured us and she was a breath of fresh air, so accommodating, and very professional. We are searching for the perfect place for our grandmother and had so many questions and she answered them with patience, kindness, and compassion. The facility is absolutely stunning and everyone had a smile on their faces. I felt welcomed in every aspect. We met many people along the tour and everyone seemed to be very happy and “at home”. I truly believe we have found the place my grandmother can call “home” and I could not be more thankful for Jessica and the rest of the staff and residents at Arbor Terrace for helping make this decision an easy one! 100/10 recommend! :)

Arbor Terrace Willistown was the first assisted living community I looked at for my husband. Immediately I felt it was best for his needs. Jessica gave me a lovely and informative tour. She is so sweet and friendly and from the beginning gave me a very good impression of the community. It has such a homey feeling and is very easy to navigate. There are so many activities for him to choose from; he got acclimated right away. There is a big staff, all so nice and always there to help. My husband is very happy at Arbor Terrace and so am I! And, he loves the food, lots of good choices and nice size portions!
