Arbors at Adams Pointe, The

We loved Adam’s Pointe Assisted Living! The staff were all so friendly and caring! There was always lots going on to keep the residents occupied. We have recently had to move to Memory Care, however, and the atmosphere over there is boring. There’s not much going on. Residents are left sitting at the dining room table for hours.

Denied my family 3 days before moving in after a month before was confirmed to be moved there. Also can’t keep good workers.

Our facility is a 5 star facility. Please come tour and see what Senior Living Facilities can look like. We have upfront pricing no levels of care or charges for laundry transportation, free Wifi and basic tv is provided. We have the best activities program that truly encompass the 7 dimensions of wellness. Our family cares for the whole person mind, body, and spirit.

Hey there grandchild here, I'm super grateful for the warm and supportive staff at this facility. They have groups and activities and they bring in someone for church service and people who play music for the folks there. Thank you!

Operation during the pandemic while rough on everyone they did a wonderful job. Since the new administrator took over in 2022 the concern for the patients decreased tremendously. Care about how things "looked" seem to increase. Communication with families ceased. I will stop now, not enough room to tell the whole story.
