Arbors at Parkway Gardens (The)

This establishment is the best I've ever seen. My mother-in-law stayed and unfortunately passed away there. The care they provided was exceptional. It's clean, comfortable and staff is well equiped for any situation that may arise. They informed us of any medical needs right away. The food is beyond delicious and took care of family as well as her as guests in their establishment. It doesn't feel like an establishment, it feels like home. Activities, care, courtesy and KNOWING your loved one is in great hands, what more could we ask. Thank you for all you do. Sincerely appreciated.

Parkway Gardens has the best staff around. They get to know their residents well and they truly care about them. I will always be grateful to them as they took the best care of my mother and were so kind and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Staff members of Parkway Gardens have gone out of their way to attend to my mother's needs, particularly when she was recovering from both hospitalization and dental work, and needed extra help with both her mobility and her eating. The kitchen staff knows and accommodates her food preferences, and the rest of the team have taken special pains to make her stay there comfortable.

During my recent visit the staff members were upbeat and cheerful, and clearly cared for my mother. It was very reassuring to know they were keeping an eye on her eating, in particular, and were flexible enough to do whatever it took to meet her needs.

Parkway Gardens is a FIVE STAR place for any family member. My dad has been living there for 5 months now and he calls it home. When we go somewhere to eat or visit, he states after a few hours I am ready to go home which he now calls Parkway Gardens home. It is his home, individual CLEAN apartments. The staff is unbelievable everyone works together from the Administrator, D.O.N., the cooks, the personal assistance and Therapy. They work together as a team not by the title of their job description. A BIG shout out to LaSandra and Emily! My dad and LaSandra joke around all the time. This is the place for your family member who cannot live along, I have peace of mind knowing my father is taken care of so well.
