I can’t say enough good things about this building. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much the staff truly care about the residents. They were extremely patient and kind with me - really gave me peace of mind. The atmosphere feels warm and calm, and you can see that a lot of thought goes into making it comfortable for both residents and visitors. The building itself is very well kept — always clean, bright, and nicely maintained. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a safe, pleasant environment. Overall, this is a wonderful facility with an incredible staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality memory care for a loved one.

My Mom is a new resident at this facility, but it feels like home already for her. The administration team was organized and caring as we made the move-in transition and are now always available to answer questions or concerns. The facility is welcoming, clean, and the support staff are dedicated, compassionate, and understanding. Special shout out to Metelyn who is a joy and demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and empathy.

Best thing we ever did was move my Dad to this facility. He is thriving. We could not be happier with the staff and everything they have done to make this transition for my Dad seamless. Highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with a loved one in mental decline. The facility is immaculate and extremely welcoming to all who come in the door. We are so grateful with the excellent care my Dad is receiving.

It's a new facility for us however the care so far has been excellent. It's evident that all the staff care about the patients and treat them with respect and patience. As a family member I've been given much more grace than I probably deserve. They truly understand how difficult it is to deal with a new dementia diagnosis for a parent. That diagnosis was sudden and has been very difficult to process. I feel comforted knowing he's finally at a place where the staff cares. The vibe is home and everyone goes out of their way to help!

My mom has been there close to 2 years. Everyone I have met over that time has been very friendly, inclusive, compassionate and hardworking. They treat the residents as if they were part of their own family. The staff all greet residents by name and take care of them even if they are in a different wing from where they live. While I consider them all saints for doing what they do every day, I interact with Mimi and Victoria the most. Both of them are very caring towards their residents, always smiling and welcoming when I am there. Arden just had a remodel so everything looks refreshed. Large outside walking area available for the residents to get fresh air and regular activities daily. I would definitely recommend them if you have a family member with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
