I just want to say how much I love Arden Courts. Everyone that works there are so professional and always says hi to you no matter what department they are in. I feel so comfortable when I visit my dad. He gets awesome care there! I also work in an assistant living facility but I would definitely refer anyone to Arden Courts.They are very clean and the food looks and smells wonderful and dad says they have good food here. Thank you for taking care of my dad !!!

My dad spent a short time at Arden Courts before he passed. He was treated with dignity and respect by all the health care workers. It felt like family there. They truly cared about dad and the other residents. The Arden Courts staff worked closely with the hospice staff to make sure dad was not in any pain. My only regret is that he did not get to enjoy the place longer. My sister and I sure were attached to the other residents in the Boathouse. Thank you and we would recommend Arden Courts to other families entering the journey of dementia.

Our Dad was in his last weeks by the time we were able to get him to Arden Courts. After lengthy hospital/rehabilitation stays we knew he couldn't go home and they welcomed him with open arms. The care he received was excellent. The entire care team TRULY cares about each resident. They helped guide us as hospice care was added. I would highly recommend Arden Courts Parma.

It's been a long process in locating a suitable facility for my mother. After several missteps, my mother moved into Arden Courts this year. Yes, the rooms are small, but the staff is excellent. I finally feel she's in a caring and engaging environment that meets her needs.
