I appreciate sam, the activity director, kelly the nurse, alize the nurse as they all helped with my friend franks transition coming to kive at arden courts. This place is nice.

My husband and sister-in-law were both residents at Arden Court. One staff member went above and beyond her duties to ensure the most loving, tender care for my loved ones. Nothing was too hard for her and she never declined assisting through difficult situations! This incredible angel is Joann Cann! She left a wonderful impact on our family and we love her very much. She definitely served from her big heart! ❤️

I wanted to take a moment to share our family's immense gratitude for one of your nurses, Joanne, who is caring for my mother. The level of compassion and dignity she shows my mom is truly remarkable. She doesn't just perform tasks; she connects with her as a person, and that has made all the difference in the world during this challenging time. She is patient, attentive, and clearly has a genuine gift for nursing. Please know that Joanne is doing a phenomenal job and is a credit to your facility. Thank you for supporting such an incredible caregiver.

Do not send your loved ones to this hell hole! My experience there, with my father, was nothing short of horrendous. They are understaffed and the staff they have does not take proper care of the residents. The place is filthy, they do not return calls in a timely manner and give inaccurate information. Don’t get me started on how unprofessional they are. The place reeks of urine. My father lost 20 lbs in the 3 weeks he was there so evidently they weren’t making sure he ate. We could not get him out of there fast enough and they were of little help in facilitating that. For what they charge, they should be embarrassed. This place should be shut down! Thankfully the new facility we’ve transferred my father to is excellent and has shown more progress in 5 days than the 3 weeks he spent in Arden Courts. Run, don’t walk from this place!

I just want to say how thankful I am for the care my dad received at Arden Courts. From the first visit, we noticed how clean and organized everything was. It really felt like a welcoming place, which made a big difference for us. The staff is amazing! They’re not just professionals; they really care about the residents as it was demonstrated at any point we were there. I definitely recommend Arden to anyone looking for a good place for their loved ones. Their commitment to providing great care is clear, and I truly appreciate the peace of mind they gave our family.
