Do NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE IF YOU CARE ANYTHING ABOUT THEM!!!!! THE pictures you see are misleading, the place is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! There's FLIES AND COCKROACHES getting in your food in the dining room and the roaches also crawl into your bed and onto your face at night!! A lot of the residents belong in a nursing home or mental facility and not in an alf. The night staff doesn't change people that are incontinent during the night and if you share a room with someone like that then you have to smell their urine and stool for hours. Also they throw diapers on the floor and leave them until someone mentions it. Someone stole $400 from somebody and the management said that they know who did it but have yet to do anything about it.They charge $4500 a month and I would like to know what for!!! We don't even have dressers for our clothes.I could probably go on but will let you be the judge if you ever come for a visit.

My older sister just left this facility, so I feel free to share my experiences with visiting her and talking with her about her experiences. First of all, the staff really try except for the front office. One of the most contentious people I’ve ever dealt with in a professional setting is in that for an office. Very difficult to get to the owner as she is a bit of a watchdog. The place is overrun with cockroaches to the point where the new place where my sister is, which is very clean, had to leave some of her stuff in the trash. My sister lost over 60 pounds in the year and a half. She was there. I sent her boost and other high protein snacks on a monthly basis and she was found to be malnourished upon entering a rehab facility for her weeping foot sores and malnourishment. She got a case of scabies that went on recognized for quite a while and she had to go to the hospital to get it treated. Because there are very few staff members on they can only do so much. The age spread is pretty wide with some pretty scary looking characters. my sister said that the guys would sometimes try to get into her room. That may or may not be true, but based on what I saw, and having worked in nursing home and hospital settings, it could be accurate. Anyway, it would take me two days to get over being in that facility and seeing my sister there. I am so glad she is out of there and in a clean safe environment with healthy home cooked food.

This is the worst place i have ever been at, i am ashamed to have even come here, this place is no fit for me or anyone else including someone who wants a job, i would go off into my experience but that might take all day, so i'm not going to do that, just know that this is not a good place for anyone, I have to give you some type of an experience, the way they treat people and the way the building looks on the inside and out also what they let people get away with like fighting

Love the facility. The building had a lot of expansions and it looks absolutely amazing. My mother really loves it here at this facility. The food is amazing and staff are very friendly. The additions to the building make it even more secure and better protect the residents. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
