Arlington Place of Red Oak

I was Pleasantly impressed with the Facility. Met with the Director Chloe. Very Encouraging about the staff and Life style for the Residents at Arlington. The Facility is warm and felt like Home. I believe my Mom would be very Happy there and I know that in this vulnerable time of her Life she would be taken care of and secure. Highly would recommend

A couple years ago, I had posted a one star review of Arlington Place detailing a very horrible time and experience we had with a family member under their care. This morning, I deleted that review after touring and seeing all of the positive changes they have made. Starting with new management, staff and training. I have always said the community of Red Oak deserves a beautiful safe place for people to live when they need assistance. Although it was only a tour, I feel Arlington Place is working towards that. The entire demeanor of the residents has changed, when we toured many were out in the dining room playing games and visiting with company. There was laughter and fun. The activities rooms were bright and cheery. I only gave four stars because we have not had a family member live there, so I can't score all of their services, but it didn't feel right to leave a negative review in place when they have worked so hard over the last couple of years to make positive changes.

I brought my baby in to visit the residents and they were all so kind and loving towards him! I love seeing all the activities that the staff do with the residents. Arlington is a very clean and happy facility.

Arlington Place has kind and friendly staff who see the residents as family. The residents always seem to be happy and well cared for. The building is well kept and beautifully furnished with many areas to enjoy activities and visitors. They have real home cooked meals and breakfast are made to order!

The Arlington place has made my moms transition very easy. The staff has went above and beyond to be helpful with answering all of our questions. The apartment she moved into was very clean and the move in process was a breeze! We feel confident that she will be well taken care of!
