Artis Senior Living of Bartlett

The Indigo at Bartlett is a beautiful cozy community with a wonderfully kind staff. Sonija Telles is a breath of fresh air! She is very knowledgeable and an answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I love that she was a certified dementia practitioner. I toured the community and decided it was the perfect fit for our family for my mother. We love the large courtyard and the engaging activity programming. The food is very good too. We are so happy with our decision.

I am the priory caregiver for my mom and it is tough without any breaks. My brother did some research and saw that Indigo at Bartlett offered RESPIT CARE. I never knew a memory care facility offered a temporary stay. I was super nervous leaving mom but Sonjia and her staff were amazing!!! My family got the rest we needed and will be looking forward toward moms next visit in May!!

We went to the Indigo in Bartlett to gather information for the care of my mother in law. The receptionist was very welcoming and caring. We talked with Sonja, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all our questions and pointed us in the direction we need to follow. I had a tour of the facility the day before. It's very clean and the residents have a lot of activities available. I would give The Indigo 5 stars for caring staff members and cleanliness.

The Indigo at Bartlett has a beautiful courtyard, it has a country-like feeling. Our families enjoy the large secure courtyard. Our Chief cooks up such colorful and tasteful food using nature ingredients. Our care staff treats our resident as their own family member. Granted there has been a lot of changes, our care staff have remain diligent with caring for the residents.

Just wanted the community to know about the exceptional care that my aunt received at Chapters Living. If I had a concern it was addressed immediately. The staff was kind and courteous. Including the greeting I received when I walked in. The other thing that I appreciated was, the supportive staff were out and about in the community. Such as dietary, marketing and activity support.
