I've been here for 2 weeks. I've checked every inch of this building and every bed/furniture there is NO bed bugs here!! No signs of bed bugs at all. The residents are amazing! There's a new administrator living at the facility. Residents, families, and older employees are now happy. The picture of the burning mattress is not even at this facility!! 😒
