Ashton Manor has been a wonderful place for my grandmother and our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, respected, and genuinely cared for. My grandmother receives attentive, compassionate support every day, and the team takes time to know her routines, preferences, and stories. The community is always clean, safe, and filled with cheerful energy. Activities are engaging, meals are delicious, and communication with our family is excellent. Knowing she is so well looked after gives us real peace of mind. I highly recommend Ashton Manor to anyone seeking quality senior living care. (:

This place is by far one of the worse senior livings out here. When my grandfather move into this place he was promised so many things by Cathy who was the sales director. He was promised laundry pickup and cleaned and that they also do all these great outings and activities and it hasn’t been nothing but a pain. It crazy how they have a full staff and we have to come take care of him, he has not been getting showers and haven’t had one in three weeks when we found out. It was getting better when Natasha was in charge and a lovely lady by Jackie she was great and also the food was great when Chef Parker was there. But after I’ve seen they were all replaced by people who don’t know what is going on is crazy. I feel like this place has become a family building. Cathy who is the now acting Executive Director fired the last sales Director for her daughter this place is bad news. Also the way that I heard how they ran the Chef there into a hospital is crazy. Chef Parker looked out for so many people there and he loved his job and these residents. He checked on my grandfather multiple times and we had great conversations. Jackie was also great at getting stuff done and didn’t feed us lies. Natasha was great as keeping everything in order and the place looked great. You can also tell most of the residents are not happy with the changes. But honestly if you have a family member here you need to move them out.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Ashton Manor and can’t say enough about the warmth and professionalism of the team. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The community is clean, inviting, and truly feels like home. Executive Director Cathy is exceptional. Her leadership is evident in the positive atmosphere and the genuine care shown to residents. She is attentive, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to maintaining a high standard of living and dignity for everyone in the community. Family Advisor Rebecca provided an especially warm welcome and made the entire transition process smooth and reassuring. She took the time to answer every question, offered thoughtful guidance, and made us feel confident in our decision. It’s clear that Ashton Manor prioritizes both residents and their families. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a caring, supportive, and well-managed senior living environment.

My experience with the Executive Director, Cathy, was very disappointing and unprofessional. I felt my concerns about my loved one’s health were not taken seriously and that financial matters were prioritized over resident well-being. The community appeared poorly managed and not well maintained. Several residents seemed unhappy, and some did not appear to be receiving adequate care or engagement. During my visit, I noticed roaches, and a staff member mentioned that bed bugs have been an ongoing issue. The most recent Georgia Department of Health inspection report reflects an unsatisfactory score of 64, noting roaches on countertops and inside the ice machine. Based on what I observed, I strongly encourage families to carefully consider other options. Choosing wisely may help protect your loved one’s health and save time, money, and unnecessary stress.

As you approach Aston Manor, you are greeted by a beautiful white building that immediately feels inviting. Upon entering, you are met with genuine warmth from the receptionist to the administrative staff who make you feel truly welcome. I had the pleasure of meeting Jackie, who provided a thorough tour of the facility. As a physician, I pay close attention to resident well-being and the interactions between staff and residents. It was evident that the residents are well cared for; they appeared happy, comfortable, and respected. The overall atmosphere of the facility was pleasant and uplifting. Most importantly, Aston Manor is committed to continuous improvement and has ongoing plans to further enhance the quality of care and services provided. I also had the opportunity to speak with a few residents and their families, and it was clear that they are very satisfied with their experience at Aston Manor. I highly recommend this facility. It is truly a wonderful home for our seniors and loved ones.
