ASHTON PALMS

Really nice place, I resided there from July 2018 through December 2020. Really enjoyed my time there. Unfortunately when it became senior living, I'm only disabled, I had to move but Theresa was very helpful in finding another ALF which would accept me as being disabled. Thank you Theresa for all your help.

I waited several months to get in here because the place was so well kept up and Theresa, the owner, was so kind and caring when I interacted with her. I would randomly pop in and she would be eating ice cream with my dad or reminding an employee to do something better to help someone's loved one.

My friend was staying here, she went into the hospital and Theresa packed her things up and said she couldn't come back. The doctors never said my friend couldn't go back there, but Teresa did. So when she was going to be released she had no where to go. The hospital had to find her some place go to go. When my friend first got there she administered my friend's meds and she was always short on her pain meds before 30 days was up. After administrating her own meds, she never ran out of her pain meds again. I would go to visit my friend and after i left Teresa would yell at her because I would visit her. We never disturbed anyone because we were always outside no matter the weather because she wouldn't allow me to go inside the building because I use amn electric scooter because I can't walk. They have an elevator in the building, too bad it doesn't work, hasn't worked in a long time and Teresa said she isn't going to have it repaired, EVER!!! THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING HERE!!! (My friend was never late with her rent either.) They DON'T provide internet either.

Theresa the caretaker there is very sweet she looks out for her resident make sure they're taken care of I just enjoyed speaking with her and also some of her resident.
