My wife has been at Sunrise PH s for 4 months and so far, it is going very well. The Caregiving Staff, the Nurses, the Activities Directors , Maintenance Department , Phys. Therapy Staff, The 3 Receptionists , Chef Staff and of course, the Operations Mgr. & Site Director. are all very kind to her and responsive with me.

My mother used Sunrise of Prospect Heights for a respite stay as we transitioned her housing after a medical emergency. This was the easiest, and best, decision that we could have made. The facilities are immaculate, the staff warm and welcoming, and the nursing care far exceeds many of the other facilities we engaged with. The decision to place a family member in a facility, even if for a short amount of time, is a deeply personal one that requires much deliberation. If you find yourself at this stage, I strongly recommend you consider Sunrise of Prospect Heights. The living and social quarters are beautiful, the food is great, the staff is caring, and the residents happily engage. I encourage anyone considering this to research costs. We found this facility to be not only fair, but a great value considering all of the services provided.

My 95 year old sister took a nasty fall and broke a leg and an arm about three months ago. I was told by many doctors that she would have to move into hospice at a nursing home when she was done with rehab. After many hours of researching nursing homes I was encouraged by my son to check out the Sunrise facility in Prospect Heights. Not only is my sister NOT in hospice, but she is blossoming and loving her new home at Sunrise! I couldn’t be more thankful for the staff and the executives who have restored the miracle of dignity and care that they are giving my sister at this stage in her life! The world does have good people! And they are working at Sunrise of Prospect Heights!

Sunrise of Prospect Heights is an amazing place. Very caring team, lovely apartments and great food. Shout out to Noel who helps every family looking for a place feel safe and confident with choosing Sunrise. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a loved one or yourself. Great job 👏

Couldn’t be happier with how my mom was treated during the three weeks she spent in the memory care at Sunrise of Prospect Heights while I had to be out of town. It was our first experience with having to put our trust in someone other than ourselves to look after my mom and from start to finish we couldn’t be happier. They kept her involved in the daily activities and took care of all her needs. I was able to personally text with Mahesh with any concerns and he responded immediately and took care of my needs. We brought my mom back home yesterday and this morning she couldn’t stop talking about how nice everyone there was to her. Thank you to all who made hers and our first experience a great one! We will definitely be bringing her back again in the future if needed.
