Our mom lived at Hearthwood for almost two years, and from day one the staff showed such genuine care and attentiveness. They took the time to truly get to know her, checking in on her during her down days and spending time with her during happy hour so she never felt alone. Tammy and Stacey were especially wonderful. They always kept our family informed, never hesitating to call if they had a concern or simply to ask if there was anything more they could do to make Mom more comfortable. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication meant so much to all of us. The entire team at Hearthwood creates a warm, welcoming environment where residents are truly treated like family. It gave us incredible peace of mind knowing Mom was in a place where she was cared for with such patience, respect, and kindness every single day. We are incredibly grateful to the entire Hearthwood team for the love and support they gave her during her time there. We would absolutely recommend this facility to other families.

Hearthwood Senior Living has been my home for the last 18 years. It has so much to offer. It is a place you can be alone but not lonely. Freedom to be as busy with the many activities offered or just doing your own thing. Maintenance team is here to take care of whatever may need attention a big plus for me. Not having to think about cooking and the aftermath of clean up. And of course the amazing staff… I really can’t say enough about them. More like friends than employees. But the most important thing is that I really do feel like this is HOME.

My family is extremely grateful for the outstanding care provided at Hearthwood Senior Center. The staff showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and dedication throughout my husband's stay. Rolando and Enjolie went above and beyond in advocating for my husband, including efforts to coordinate transportation for medical appointments and providing thoughtful guidance on next-level care options. The nursing staff - Shannon, Nelson and Henry - were attentive, knowledgeable and always took the time to ensure my questions were fully answered. I also want to recognize the therapy staff for their patience and dedication, as well as the CNAs - Juan, Ladona and Elizabeth - who provided care with dignity, respect and responsiveness every day. I highly recommend Hearthwood to families seeking compassionate, high-quality senior care.

My 97 yr old mother just finished a month stay at Hearthwood rehab for a fractured pelvis. I knew from the moment I met with Patrick that this was the place. It felt right. Patrick made it happen when so many other places couldn’t. To start We took a shared room. They don’t have many, most are private, but the shared room is really just a shared bathroom. There is a wall between the actual rooms. It turned out fine and we remained in that room her entire stay. The caregivers are amazing here, nurse Prima is the best, CNAs all are great in their own way. They really do care about your loved one. The food is exceptional, she ate so much there and everything was good, I don’t believe she had the same meal twice except for breakfast of course. I worked with Social Worker Rolando, who was also exceptional at helping us with our appeals with Medicare, medical equipment for home and many other things. Therapy was wonderful, at least 5 days a week they progressed her wonderfully. All the therapists are great to work with. My mother left confident with going home, and had nothing but wonderful things to say about the people and her stay at Hearthwood.

Hearthwood has become our home since August 1st which was our 61st wedding anniversary. The administration and staff from marketing, Stacy, Tammy, Atiya, and life enrichment Sue & Anna are beyond wonderful. Our in house registered nurse navigator Lisa keeps us under her expert care & guidance. The dining staff are kind & caring lead by Sandra who is so efficient and dear. Housekeeping & maintenance persons are great. There are more amenities & activities one could ever hope for including religious services. And then above all, there are the other residents who were so welcoming and have become family and made Hearthwood home for us.
