Assisted Living at Standifer Place

Our family has had a positive experience with Standifer Place Healthcare System while my husband has been in memory care. From the very beginning, the staff has been friendly, compassionate, and helpful. They consistently provided updates, which gave us peace of mind knowing how he was doing weekly. One thing we especially appreciated was how easy it was to access the facility to visit him. Visiting was always smooth, and we felt welcomed every time we walked through the doors. The team was always willing to answer questions we had, no matter how small, and they took the time to explain things clearly. We were also impressed with the safety protocols they have in place. It is obvious that resident safety and well-being are priorities. Knowing that there are strong procedures and protections in place made a difficult season much easier for our family. We are truly grateful for the care, communication, and kindness shown to both my husband and our family.

My sweet 93yr old Aunt Billie is a resident at the Health Center at Standifer Place. She has been living there for a few months now. She is warm, well fed, clean, safe and most importantly she is loved by everyone that comes in her room. She has dementia and she has some pretty severe balance issues. So she is a handful. ;-). To all the women and men that I have met who work with "Ms Billie" my hats off to you. YOU ARE AMAZIMG! You have a tough job and you do it so well. I appreciate all of you. I sleep better each night knowing that she is in good hands. Thank you.

I am here for rehab on two broken femers, Before agreeing to come to this facility I was promised transportation would be provided to all follow-up appointments and other Drxvisits. So far I have missed 4 appointments. I am treatedclikecaxsack of potatoes when incomes to transfers or when cleaning up a bowl movement. They do not understand the word gental or the phrses that hurts. Scrubbed a bed sore till it bled. I will never come back here. If you have options consider them instead. Wound care has been grat. They I would recommend

This is such a depressing place. The staff walks around gossiping. They were inattentive and ignored my family member. My loved one ended up leaving worse than when they went in. When we went to pack up their stuff, the room was exactly how it was left, crumbs on the table, urine bottle beside the bed. Physical therapist was nice. Other than that, do not recommend.

If I could give a zero review I would. Family member sent here for rehab after hospital stay. We chose a facility over in home rehabs because we were told he could get two hours per day Vs 30 min per day at home a couple times a week. In 7 days he ha OT three time and never for two hours. The place was dirty, smelled of urine and the food was horrible. The staff regularly sat food trays on the same table as a USED urninal or vice-versa! DISGUSTING! If you care about your loved on, please do not send them here!!
