Assisted Living at Trezevant

Beautiful grounds, and all the staff are kind and speak to you. I just work on one of the fountains there, but I have had nothing but great experiences while on campus.

Run do not walk, both of my parents were here, my siblings and I had numerous meetings with Terri Palmore as well as Paul Martin, they made countless promises and didn't follow through. The amount of money my parents paid was substantial and it was the worst care I have seen in the industry. My parents were in the Alan Morgan Skilled Nursing and they NEVER had a full staff, the communication was horrible. I really felt that the employees were the ones running this facility. Both administrators that we spoke to, obviously didn't care about the well being of their clients. We have a full notebook of documentation on the problems we encountered. I truly feel sorry for anyone in the nursing facility. Just be aware if you have a loved one, plz do your research install cameras, be there everyday....very sad. We were told to touch base with the charge nurse, and we did, Sherry Riddle, Paul Martin, made me feel we were in the wrong for the concerns we had. It was truly a VERY SAD situation , after all they were PAID very well to take care of our parents. If I could I would of left a zero rating.

Trezevant Manor is a beautiful retirement community. The staff have been very friendly and helpful every time I have visited. The decor is tastefully appointed and the atmosphere is energetic and happy. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kim O'Donnell, one of the managers, and Ms. Love at the front desk a few times. They are very warm and friendly. It really is a beautiful place.

Really a five star Continuous Care Retirement Center. I hit 4 by mistake. Very nice facilities, including large pool for aquatic classes & swimming. Many exercise classes and other activities, some away from campus. Excellent health care and well-being. Come visit!

Such a wonderful place, and so well managed. Very peaceful. Wonderful grounds. Superb facilities. Great people. Good camaraderie. Love the walk around the grounds. Love the garden. Great place for family and friends to come visit. They have a pond that sometimes I have seen ducks swimming in as the ducks migrate around.
